All services required for consultation before booking your appointment, especially when working with chemical. We use chemical on almost all of our services except for if you just want a haircut. Complimentary 15 minutes consultation. Anything over 15 minutes. There will be a $20 fee.

 

Your appointment is important to us at Nie Studio, your appointment is especially reserve for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustment is necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 72-48 hours cancellation notice, so we can schedule everyone accordingly.

 

Return Client:

Last minute cancellation within 24 hours or less or no show. You will be charge a deposit fee prior to booking any appointment in the future. The deposit will go toward your services if you reschedule or re-book. If not, it is non-refundable.

For hair color fee $100

Haircut fee $40

Hair treatment fee $25

 

If cancellation & reschedule happen multiple times without the individual ever show up. The individual will not be allowed to be re-booked. Nie Studio has the right to decline service after multiple offenders. It is to be fair for the paying clients and to the stylist time. As a courtesy, we do text/msg/emails prior to your appointment as a reminder.

 

All new clients are required to deposit.

When you book color, haircut, or treatment, you only pay the $100 fee. These are non-refundable fees; the fees will go toward your services.

Messages & text will be responded within 24-72 hours from 10 am to 7pm.

Any messages send after 7 pm will be answered the next following day.

Appointment are by text only & online booking.

Just in case of any technical difficulties with the phone arise, stylist will contact clients through their social media accounts.

 

I am an appointment-based hair artist and need a lot of focus on performing my work. Please refrain from bringing pets, kids, friends, family members and significant other. Our studio has limited space.

Color or chemical clients, if for any reason you are not please with your color, please reach out to us within 3 days so we can schedule to fix the issue.

​

When client don't notified the stylist within 3 days of any unsatifactory of their hair. when hair have to be re-done & using lightener (bleach), color &toner/gloss. There will be a charge of $100 for product & time.

If you are running behind, please text and notify us. After 15 minutes, without notification the appointment will be cancelled and reschedule.
